I take great pride in the products that I sell on my website and I do everything I can to make sure that these products are of the highest standard.

That being said, I understand that sometimes there are manufacturing defects that slip through my inspection prior to shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective when you receive it, please let me know right away and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Please include your order number in the message.

Also be aware that because wood is grown by Mother Nature, there will be variations in colors. Each product is 100% unique and no two pieces of wood are the same. Products received will be slightly different than the photos listed. Wood can appear lighter, darker, or even contain more figure that what is shown.
